We are members of ‘The Property Ombudsman Scheme’ and strictly adhere to the TPO ‘Members Mandatory Code of Practice’ at all times.
Our membership with the TPO also means we belong to a government – approved redress scheme, and fully comply with the legislation, which means in the event of a dispute arising, if you are unsatisfied with the result of our own investigation, you can have your complaint independently reviewed by the Property Ombudsman, which provides a free, fair and impartial service.

Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, CMP (Client Money Protection)
We carry Full Agency Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance plus Product Liability Insurance at a minimum of £1,000,000 and our current policy is always available on request.
We lodge all Tenants Security Deposits exclusively with the Deposit Protection Service Custodial Scheme (DPS) and Guarantee to pay all client funds due to them within 48 hours of receipt, as such we do not hold Client Money Protection Insurance.
